I accidentally double charged a customer

I charged my passenger twice by accident; can you please refund one of the transactions for me?

If this happens please take the customer’s contact details and Contact Us to provide an explanation of what happened. We can only refund a transaction when we make contact with the customer and work with them to process a refund.

Please do not provide CabFare the credit card number and expiry date. We will have the customer supply this to us in a secure manner.
