Hardware: Printing Faint Receipts

My CabFare terminal prints very faint, do I need to replace it?

Change the paper roll because the thermal paper may be old or damaged due to high temperature. Also, make sure that the roll is placed correctly with it unraveling from the bottom of the roll.

If a new paper roll doesn’t fix the problem please contact the CabFare Agent who supplied the CabFare terminal or Contact Us to arrange a replacement CabFare terminal.
