| When terminal attempts to print it switches off | Battery is flat, remove the paper roll and charge the terminal |
| Printer prints blank receipts | Paper roll is inserted incorrectly, open paper roll container and insert correctly. Try a new paper roll just in case the original was damaged due to high temperatures |
