Problem Actions
Terminal does not start/ is not charging

Terminal does not get sufficient power.

  1. Check if the power cord or the power pack are damaged or plugged in incorrectly

  2. Try another power outlet

  3. Check if the power socket on the terminal is loose or damaged

  4. Confirm correct charger is connected to the terminal.

Poor signal

Try the following:

• Move the terminal to a better reception

• Hold the Yellow button for 10 sec to reboot the terminal

Network configuration error

Terminal does not print / poor print quality Check if paper is correctly inserted. Try a new paper roll just in case the original was damaged due to high temperatures
Missing PIN or SIM card

Terminal is declining ALL transactions For security reasons, the bank has blocked all transactions. Contact Us or call 1300 721 966
Driver cannot sign in or PIN is invalid

When terminal attempts to print it switches off Battery is flat, remove the paper roll and charge the terminal
Printer prints blank receipts Paper roll is inserted incorrectly, open paper roll container and insert correctly. Try a new paper roll just in case the original was damaged due to high temperatures
Tampered State OR Red Screen Contact Us or call 1300 721 966
Terminal stuck at start-up screen Hold the Yellow button for 10 sec to reboot the terminal
