Why can’t my driver sign on and use the terminal?

To be able to sign on and use the CabFare terminal, the driver need to be registered on the CabFare database where they will be issued with their own login and P.I.N. If you are registered as a fleet you will be able to enter or edit drivers on your online CabFare Account or you can Contact Us and we can do it for you.
