The driver told me that the EFTPOS terminal was not working after he tapped my card on the terminal so I paid him cash. My statement shows that my card was charged.

If this happens ask the driver to give you a cash receipt. 

Please Contact Us and attach the cash receipt if you have one. After verifying with the driver you will be issued a refund for the overcharge.
